I just finished my master's degree in food science, and currently work as a food science professional.

I also see evidence that the newly appointed owner has been working on the property to try to fix it up to comply with the city code but it has been taking over 2 years and still hasn't fully finished. 

My mother in law recently moved in with my wife and I to help out with childcare and such, so I just finished up a bunch of work on her house in Farmingdale and got it rented out over the weekend.My mother in law also purchased the two family in Queens back in the 80's for all of $40k, it's worth about $700k today and brings in $2750/mo in rent.  

Construction costs should be around $70 give or take depending on the finish/details and how many units you are building.  

Suffice it to say, we have struggled endlessly it seems to try to find that 'right person' who can truly take over/lead a project successfully from start to finish.  

I am trying to figure out a structure for a joint partnership. the project looks like this....10-12 unitsestimated building costs- 200K per unit (for everything)Completed value of 400K per unitland value is 500Ktotal construction costs are around $2 millionthe land is owned outright by a separate out of state individual.I will be doing all of the development from start to finish and I'll be the realtor responsbile for any sales. 

Not sure how you will prove to court one weekend of work took you a month to finish?

I recently finished a rehab project and listed it on the MLS.

Can someone please tell me where to start at to own a laundry Matt is there a person I’d contact that would help me from start to finish?

I've asked them to finish the job asap and to return it to original state when they move or be liable for the cost of doing so.
