In most places there are fines for doing so.If you are looking for listings or comps, your agent can set up a search for you and have them emailed. to you automatically If you want to be able to access all the areas of MLS and see brokers comments, etc.

There are a few different styles that should work fine for your ap.As to the Allure coming up because of wet concrete, it may be because the slab is supposed to have a vapor barrier under it.

Not very good, especially with the leverage in place.I hate to say it, but you've got to try to find (or negotiate) better deals.BP has it's 2% rule, though many would say 1% is fine too.
