People do it constantly and decide to just live in those properties and raise families.You already have them beat by deciding to buy something you will rent out for financial gain.

A financial incentive to move may be less messy though.

Lead laws are a bit out of control...the city is just trying to protect themselves...when they should be helping with the situation...

@Rita Lo Arlington is a great area for STR's but they have been discussing pushing limits on STR's here but the state of Texas constitution protects home owners property rights basically stating you can do whatever you want with property that you own.

I'm an aspiring real estate investor with the ultimate goal to one day own an apartment complex and live my life with full financial freedom.   

A couple questions I brought up was how can we protect it for them loosing to insurance companies or medical (nursing home) with declining health?

I mean would you rather begin working towards financial independence or have a car that you could eventually repurchase later.

I feel good about the money being held in an escrow account until the property closes but its my first assignment on either end so im just trying to make sure im asking all the right questions to protect myself.

Instead of smashing offices, homeowners are protesting outside to "protect their rights" but the cause of their anger is the same: developers slashing prices to move inventory.
