JUST bought the property and its honestly not conduce to having animals due to the layout, its on a busy, non-fenced in street, and I'd prefer this to be animal/pet free.

I'm on the fence since it's barely cash flow positive before accounting for vacancy and repairs (meaning it's really not cash flow positive).

We decided to keep our old house (4br/2ba w/garage and fenced yard) and rent it considering it was more than 50% paid off and the mortgage payment was low (1100) relative to the rental potential (2000).
