House already has smart lock, clean...

Hello everybody, I am looking to purchase a property with a section 8 tenant, and the rent is way below market at about $800 for a 3 bed house, while an average rental is about $1300 to $1400.

From what I understand you don’t get to do a thorough inspection of the house before auction.

Looking at a unique property which is a 4 bed / 2.5 ba main house, with what is essentially a 5 room motel semi-connected to the main house via a breezeway.  

If I do make the purchase for a house now, can I sell it in the near future or am I stuck with it?

For example if someone has owned a house for 5 years, but did NOT refinance in 2020/2021, they left thousands of dollars per year on the kitchen table, which most people will not voluntarily do if they have another choice.

Cleaning fee should be based on cleaning the whole house.

Hi, guys, the tenant who rented my house left without clearing the fridge.

I like 3/2 brick or block houses (so I don’t have to paint) and are in the sunbelt (Specifically TX and FL markets with growing populations over 100k) because I don’t want pipes freezing, since we started investing while we were overseas.  

A few years ago I was looking into Masters in RE development programs, for knowledge and for a credential that could be used to work under/partner with an existing developer.
