Within the end of next year, I am working to eventually create at least two cash flowing rentals, whether they are single family homes or multifamily units (preferably multifamily) and to try to wholesale a property.

Obviously the immediate cashflow option is airbnb'ing the bus route that you could eventually sell at a premium as a "business" to someone looking to do the same then invest in REI.
