What are some ways to secure financing for short -term Airbnb rentals knowing that they are more of a buy and hold.Any advice from individuals who have done this before on the best way to secure financing? 

I’m from the Bay originally and currently making the steps to ultimately secure my first house hack in the Sacramento Area.

But, if rental RE something scalable and fairly secure, I am interested in it.  

Did he transfer any security deposits and last months rent (or sign off that there are none) That all could come into play if it gets to court.Did you send letters to the tenants stating you are now the owner and rent should be paid to you etc?

Good Evening Bigger Pockets Community,Is it common for tenants to pay for the ADT security monthly payment or should the landlord provide that security as an expense.

3) How are you complying with your state laws concerning security deposits?

Currently all 3 leases have expired and they are living there month to month with very little security deposit. 

You have to pay more than what a cash buyer will pay, it's that simple. 20% down is solid, but cash is better and easier and more secure.
