One of our neighbors did replace his entire system & then after the $15k install they had to rip out the entire leech field again as the kid running the heavy equipment drove over it crushing all the leech field chambers!!!

Would it really be a good idea to invest my time and lots of money into this field when there's a downturn happening?

A lot of forum members are very knowledgeable in their respective fields related to real estate investing, whether that is real estate sales, wholesaling, flipping, rentals, lending, self-directed IRA and Solo 401k investing, or tax and legal guidance.

I really enjoy his posts. 

While I enjoy fixing and building things, more importantly I consider this a way to build a network of like minded investors and provide them with value so in the future I can focus more on investing and less on swinging a hammer and plunging a toilet. 

My worry is that the people will just smoke off of the deck and the smell will still drift in the downstairs window.They are then interfering with the quiet enjoyment of the other unit. 

If rentals are not in an LLC and are owned directly by me, what should I put in the "Business Legal Name" and "Trade Name" fields of the SBA EIDL loan application?

You might actually enjoy the freeing feeling of it.

@David Hulit I think a big thanks from a lot of people on bigger pockets for you posting here with your expertise on this product and fielding questions and bringing it to peoples attention you probably deserve more than a few pats on the back thank you David for sharing this information with the community 

If you're going to take the leap, make sure you have some deep connections there and will enjoy traveling there.
