Holding costs include acquisition loan payments (if any), tax, insurance, utilities, etc ... that occurs during the Rehab period and up until the property is fully rented.

tony,NO lender lends in all 50 states  period.. not one.. many say they do but most are not licensed in a few states.. google lima one and see what states they are licensed in.no private lender has licenses in all the states they need them in..
