The best software I've found to optimize profits of STRs is between my ears.

Tony I think U have my number just ring me on Sunday night and we can schedule  Alaska has a direct from Seattle so I get in at 5pm.. will be there all week other than I have to run down to Daytona for a 2 hour meeting on Wednesday so that day is shot flying etc.leave 5pm Friday so we should be able to sinc up.there were a few other builders and developers working in the old town were we work in Charleston that contacted me over the last year I am hoping some of them see this postwe are starting our first high end one at 7 New st. and like to get some feedback on finishs etc.

We use Ring cameras at our AirBNB and have NightOwl DVR system at home.

Having said that, just to throw my hat in the ring with another off-the-wall idea, it's occurred to me that some churches could be spacious enough to house a small data center.

Many try to flip in the entry level space like C-CLASS Cleveland proper neighborhoods or some of the inner ring suburbs such as Parma, Bedford, Garfield etc...When working those ares you have folks looking to buy for $30k or so, rehab then the exit price is around $80k-$115k.In my opinion the margins are too thin in those areas and there is an increased level of competition driving up the entry level prices of distressed assets as everybody and their brother watches HGTV & wants to flip houses.
