I now advertise on TV occasionally.It really pays to network, I attend real estate meetings, member of a number of local business associations and continue to spend money on postage and labor to send letters to commercial and residential property owners.Yes, I believe to be successful in this business you need to always find ways to promote yourself, provide good service, be honest and ethical, understand alternative financing solutions and to make offers all the time.
