New Realtor on the Way

Hello All,

As you may have read from my former posts, I was formerly an agent and made 0 sales. I am in the 60 hour course now (giving myself two weeks to complete, as it's online and majority of the information I remember) and plan to take the state board exam within a month's time. To all that work with a great real estate agent or consider themselves a great real estate agent, what advice do you have for me? I have three kids, am married, and will be going back to school (as well as working full time) in September. I don't want to pull another goose egg this year and want to be successful in my agency endeavors. Please provide advice!

Thanks!

Stephanie
