I haven't had much time for myself in a while but when I do, i like to spend time with my friends laughing, eating and drinking the night away.

One-time costs to upgrade, rehab or address deferred maintenance add to your cost basis but do NOT belong in Op-Ex.

Usually free drinks and lots of people to network with.

I belong to a ski club with access to a chalet, but now as I pursue REI more seriously, the prospect of owning up there is pretty appealing.

They use their weekends to relax and party, they spend what they earn on food, drinks and materialistic stuff. 

There’s a strong parallel between that Jerky Boys character and CM: he's zooming up and down the street in his motorcycle, zooming all around, no license, he's been drinking and his insurance is "through a friend".

The food and drink scene here is great and there are lots of mom and pop shops instead of big chain stores.  

That is probably more than you wanted to know about packing plants... but look at all 4 aspects- where water comes from, what needs to be done prior to drinking it, how to treat it, there where does the finished product go. one more thing- what do the water rights cost- and can you even purchase them.

If it's bagged trash that actually belongs in the dumpster I would definately increase the dumpster size or the pick up frequency.
