Hi @Danielle Du Plooy,Cape Coral is a great option that is not only STR friendly, but the local government has passed some new city policy that has shown they're interested in promoting the growth of that specific local industryThe first piece of legislation was the newly enacted rental database, which requires all landlords (or local property managers) who own in Cape Coral to register their contact information, along with paying a $35 annual fee.

More cabins than cleaners, can't go cheap. 2 turns per week at $250/turn runs you $2k/mo in cleaning  The majority of cabins in the Smokies do not include cleaning fees in the revenue they promote so paying 1 Mil for a cabin that does 101K in revenue is a horrible investment at the current rates.
