I can't tell whether you'd be making a fair amount of money flipping century old houses, or digging a very deep trench for yourself.

I know deep down that we are people with passion, and we strive to be more than someone who lives paycheck to paycheck.

I live in the Atlanta area and I am trying to dive deeper in the real estate investment.  

I am new to the Real Estate Industry, but am planning to dive into Real Estate Investing.

I really want to get deep into this business .

I'm exited to dive into that list as well.

While this is only my second post, I've  listened to about 6 BP Podcasts, I have to say, they make the drive much more enjoyable while getting to learn great new info.Look forward to diving through the BP Guides and learning more about real estate and hopefully be prepared for my first deal in the next few months.Hugo.

The right tenant might self select, too, like the couple that goes ga-ga for the garden at the showing and professes to being deep into organic gardening... but that may only be a small percentage of renters.

I'm ready to take the dive.
