I suspect from what the OP describes he has rented a house at one of the many golf courses in and around Bend these are high end 1 mil plus homes.. so rental grade window treatments would be pretty strange and these are not standard windows I bet.. so i can see his problem.

Other wise your just a RMLO and are working for the actual Mortgage banker kind of like RE salesmen need to hang their license with a broker get experience then qualify to be your own broker ( of which I have one of those also thats in CA. ) Each state will have their own criteria what I described is Oregon.

Because the larger of the other two bedrooms doesn’t have a closet and the one with the closet has the stairway intrusion I’m not quite sure how to best list/market it and describe it in the listing.I’m sure there are plenty of other local landlords with a similar building so I was hoping to find out how you have or would list to get a better response out of the tenant pool and rental price.Bedroom 2: 9’ 2” x 7’ 2” No closet Currently used as my officeBedroom 3: 8’ 8” x 7’ 2” 46” x 46” closet Partial intrusion from the stairwell for the 2nd floor entrance Currently used as bonus storage roomProperty is located in this area and what I would consider rental comps
