In a different matter: I tried getting a new construction house a few blocks away it's a new 2018 construction 3. 2. 1400sq with 4 parking spots.

I have a property I am trying to sell and the buyers want to close 6 months from now when they are good and ready to move in and would like to keep their inspection contingency until then in case there is any spring water damage or something else happens between now and then.

If I know they aren't available on a certain date, I try and get my checkout days for when cleaners are back or even block that day (in off season) My wife can go clean house in a jam.
