While you are willing to offer things to a mentor, the reality is that at your current skill level you have basically nothing to offer to a successful multifamily investor.

I could also do the same myself but I’d prefer not to look for new tenants since the current ones have been so great.

We finally get to 1.6 months inventory, so just need to DOUBLE entire current inventory to get too "normal"....I was able to find 1 way to skew the data to read 3.1mnths inventory....
