@Natalie KolodijI seen your tag and wanted to ask if you only practice the accountant in NC?

Another goal is to start practice analyzing properties (though I admit I'm not 100% confident in that). 

Admittedly, I am sharing my initial research and consultation (including a long lunch meeting with an attorney recently) but not my actual practice, YET.  

This is actually a common practice.

I didn't use 'deceptive' practices#2.

We "retired" at age 32 when I left my career in private practice as an Optometrist. 

Biggest issue is cultural - they don't understand what is "normal" in the states!

I didn't know that Illinois or Chicago had a similar law, but other say there is such a requirement.From a practical standpoint I wouldn't state electronic payment through Zillow as my only payment method in a lease.
