Hello,Is there any creative financing or a bank that would provide financing for deals/buildings that belong to LLC’s located in USA, where some or most partners/members live in another country?

There are some things that work 100% and will pass in some areas but in other areas of the country will not pass inspection.

Do you really think PA (or other state) law allows to enter to the property without the tenant where also tenants personal belongings without court eviction verdict first?

@Brian DavisAs a general rule you would want an LLC in the state where the property is located as it will need situs in that state to be able to act in court,As some state have very low outside liability protection on their LLC it is recommended to have these LLC owned by a holding LLC in a good asset protection state.

I bought it, lived in it, and fixed it up then turned it into a rental when I moved across the country!

Investors are getting more aggressive with their tactics to obtain properties, such as knocking on doors, sending out letters, and using data from court records just to find ways to get properties in the area in such a competitive market.

If the court refuses to process an eviction, file anyway and wait your turn.

In Southern California, the Courts are very pro tenant and can be quite time consuming.
