My goal is to qualify for every penny of that to use.

If its the copper flex pipe its possible it got bumped and started leaking.

When it comes to pinching pennies and building budgets he is really good but that’s about it. 

Just a few repairs, a coat of new paint etc plus some market appreciation and the property maybe right on tract when it comes time to refinance or resell.

A good coat of paint will make it look much better.

To repair it, he will have to replace that section of the copper line, possibly put in new refrigerant of the old, expensive type, etc., and the estimate is about $1300.

So while I now have access to some extra courses, their support team, and some other decent resources, I am out a pretty penny right from the start.But they are the reason I started doing some research and inevitably came across BP.

Hey @Harley Coats, I haven't seen a service like that but It could also be because I haven't had the need to search for it.

Also, it will be worth every penny to pay a legit marketing professional for an hour of their time to give you some pointers/direction.  

If there's no proof that this person hurt themselves on your property AND there is reason for you to be held liable, your insurance isn't going to pay a penny.
