Need Help Finding Processes To Expand My Wholesaling Business

Harley Coats

I'm going to ask this in the most concise way possible:

I'm looking for a skip tracing service that constantly updates my lists without having to manually pay for skip tracing every time.

Currently using PropStream to pull lists and then skip tracing with dataskip.io which has done us well, but I want something that's a little more hands off.

Does anyone know of a service like this? I've done some googling but I can't seem to find anything with this specific feature.

Or if there's something out there that can deliver certain criteria lists once month (Ex: Tax Delinquent houses that are worth less than 400k in X area)

Thanks for reading my question.
