Of course late payers aren't ideal but that's why they're renters and not owners, it's going to happen in the business but if there's no communication then that's concerning.

One of my considerations is to further improve the value by taking a renovation loan, however I'm concerned because of the neighborhood values that investing more money into the home won't net me much profit whether I sell or rent.I feel a little stuck here and I don't want to fall to my limited knowledge, so I'm here reaching out for some guidance.Thank you in advance for any advice or support.

My main concern here is that you have to go down 7 stairs to be in the main living area (living room/kitchen), the main window is a little bit small. 

All this time in this business and can't believe nobody at any seminar, meetup or event has shared this. in summary:• Hired roofer did a bad job after paying him close to 30k• City inspector PASSED and APPROVED the permit!

Its no concern of you waht the owner does with their property while they own it.
