Plans for the new Crown Event Center are coming along as it has been agreed upon for final design!

They teach some big picture tax planning, but the bulk of the course is how to sell these big tax planning engagements. 

Not only that, but I am hoping to get advice, ask questions, and expand my knowledge as I plan to start looking into getting my first property.If you're around this area, I'd love to talk and connect!

I have a STR but am knowledgeable about many other strategies and plan to pursue a BRRRR as my next investment. 

Obviously there will be a fee a pay for the services of course but i’m noticing most CPA are trying to sell me a packaged deal meant for REI who have larger portfolios with complex tax planning/strategy needed and I haven't found someone who fits my need.  

Might be worth taking a look if you are planning to make a switch.
