As a product of Arlington-Sam Houston High School, I can say the AISD schools are nowhere the same caliber today as they were when I attended.  

A couple years back, California redefined "Tobacco Products" to include vaporizers regardless of whether someone is vaping Tobacco, tasty flavors, or marijuana. 

Again very hit and miss, but you can sometimes stock up if there are awesome deals.I've tried lots of different products. 

There are quite a few similar products on the market, but this one happens to be remote controlled.

I would say that any great business spends some time telling people about their products and services.I've been a Lifestyles member since 2011. 

@Sean McKee - I don't specifically invest in Austin or surrounding areas, but if you can find a good block and provide a solid product (nice finishes, etc.) you will naturally attract higher quality tenants.What's your price range and what type of ROI/cashflow are you looking for?

Another option is to go cinematic support - provide aerial video and photos to small to medium production houses that don't have their own in house talent and rely on vendors.

I would think it wouldn’t go passed inspecting finished products or verifying change order work needs to be done.
