I had one guy that regardless what was ever presented, he's attempt to show some negative aspect to try to negoiate a higher yield, he got the message when opportunities passed him by, but some brokers may have to work with such investors, could be the reason you are not getting the deal that was originally mentioned.Brokers may work with other brokers and institutions as well, in such cases the loan terms will be set by agreement and the broker will have little wiggle room.

But its a complex calculation best left to a financial calculator or Excel.If you want to attempt the math, Wikipedia has the forumula:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Loan#Loan_paymentYou'll need to apply a little algebra to that formula to get to the rate calculation from the other three.

Long story short they did catch up to it and it cost him a great sum of money in penalties plus some attorney fees.As long as you can document that there is a situation preventing you from now doing so, and you contact HUD and ask them what you should do and attempt to get your communication in writing you should be able to support your position or at least cover yourself.
