Last thing you want to get involved in is some sort of a dispute where the other person decides to claim the lien wasn't authorized...or that their business agreement didn't allow for the other person to put a lien on the property.

@Benny Gelbendorf Unfortunately, the RE authority in Ohio (The Division) has publicly scrutinized wholesaling and been very clear they are not tolerating unlicensed activity....this may be part of the cause.
