I have a handy woman she does all cleaning, painting, caulking, tile work, light plumbing, we recently paid for her to learn drywall and she replaced part of a ceiling for us.

I have a retail buyer for a property that has repair issues predominantly mold in the finished basement caused by a pipe burst that dripped water over a long period of time causing water to enter the basement and mold to grow on Sheetrock walls and hung ceiling.

The ceiling is falling down from an upstairs bathroom leak and won't qualify for conventional financing.

More time passed and he snuck into the house to strip out all the appliances, ceiling fans, chandeliers, etc.The house foreclosed and he lost it all.

Plus, there are fewer buyers who need that location, size, door/ceiling height, zoning, road access, etc.  

On the two buildings I bought I installed new roof A/C units, new roofing shingles and I'm replacing some windows and adding ceiling fans.

Ceiling is the old 12" x 12" tiles.

What about basement ceiling height? 

Basically set up like a large hotel room with a kitchenette, bathroom in the back and all floor to ceiling glass in the front.
