Should they be brought into the process before making the offer, during the offer, or after?

There is so much value brought by not only the content like you mentioned, but the members and their experience as well.  

You’ve brought up some great things to think about.

I have worked in both interior design and marketing, and thought that flipping would be a nice cumulation of all of my skills that would actually put real cash into my pockets, although I have ended up just sitting on my license.However, my desire to flip houses has only increased as I've watched market values skyrocket and increase rates drop as my stagnant income suffers because a year's worth of lockdowns have brought events to a halt.

But the questions brought up by @Michael Glist would still be relevant. 

My brokerage, CRT, Realtors uses it and when I was brought on to start the commercial and investment department back in June, I was very wary and frankly, slightly overwhelmed by the system.  

I knew when I brought up Ohio you would see a bunch of the contacts we have made there show up, lol.

I am 26 years old and my parents brought me to the States when I was 12.

The more doors the better and this was a off market deal brought to us so it was effortless on the buying end and not worrying with any competition.

Sometimes the best deals are those that are brought to you, not the deals you find yourself.
