Is this something you should add into your property analysis as revenue you won't be taking home, or do people use Airbnb service fees to account for that extra amount?

I made a deal with him for him to take over the payments on the lot, for which instead of him paying me, I would pay him $5k.  

Keep in mind it would be tied to someone's CC and we each would access view each others properties.

I only use Airdna to compare similar areas and wouldn't take these numbers to heart. 

Not to mention you can refinance in 12-24 months when rates are back down again.Biggest take away is 85% of borrowers who take out a Heloc refinance it in 3-5 years to consolidate into one mortgage...
