How many properties will you purchase in the next 1-3 years and generally what will they be worth?

my strategy is FIip for starters and in a year or two switch to rentals. budget for the first property about 200K...where sould i look?

In terms of the overall real estate market for 2025, I believe it will continue to remain very strong.
