No smell, she does keep the place immaculate... but I'm quickly learning a lot!

All government bodies have their issues but, in this case, Toledo is acting like all landlords are making bank. 

That makes for very dark apartments.6) What regulatory bodies have to approve your plans?

My former tenant smoked cigarettes in the unit and the smell was unbearable.

There was a shut off right after the meter....and anyone can shut that, if you think you smell gas, or you want to shut it off when an appliance is being installed it's for that purpose.

Therefore, you have to be able to tolerate the smell of animal urine occasionally. :)

However, he doesn't have an entreprenuerial bone in his body.  

Hi,Chris, This was a bank owned house but the REO broker and neighbors told me the prior owner had 8 dogs that ran wild through the house, and judging by the smell of the interior I would agree.

Smelled one of my tenants smoking pot, just after WA legalized the darn stuff.
