From RE Newbie to RE Tycoon, from Bird dog to Apartment Block Owner there are a range of Insurance requirements just to do business and also cover the temporary or permanent ownership of the property.

We offer it along with chase quick pay and sending a check.  

I've been bird dogging & looking to take it up a level to wholesaling.

@Mark Robertson , last year we were chasing a Portfolio deal around your speedway area, some of the properties were actually on Speedway, it went for $85k per unit.

I didn't get serious about long term financial goals until I was in my mid-late 30's - I just chased raises up until then.

I planned to chase beautiful women around Europe.

However, some of these ambulance chasing attorneys "who don't get paid until you do" will not hassle with it too much if the insurance company decides to fight.

Theoretically, you will have too many empty homes chasing after too few renters looking to buy if the real estate market improves further, if people see interest rates inching up and wanting to buy now rather than wait.
