I'm now more inspired than ever.

What gave me great inside and inspiration was a book called "The Millionaire Real Estate Investor" by G.

My hat is off to you; you are inspiring us all!

Congrats on just "jumping in", this is very inspirational.

I've also been very fortunate to have such an inspiring, loving, and knowledgeable father figure who has been doing real estate since he started in San Francisco years ago when he was my age, but I want to make my own connections, learn everything I can, and take what he's given me and make something of it. 

Tell him you've got an idea you'd like to run by him, and offer to do it over lunch--your treat.Tell him you're inspired by him, and it got your wheels turning in your mind:  he wants to sell a few properties, you want to buy a few properties.

It's also my hope that one day I can be a source of inspiration, education, and resourcefulness like so many of the members here! 

Just watched BP Podcast 191, Bill Manassero was very inspirational and I hope to learn from him and others like him (value-driven, cash-flow focused; and most of all, family oriented).  

She was also my inspiration to buy a duplex and rent out part of the house.

., etc.I am ready to drive for dollars, though and thanks for the inspiration!
