With the interest rate, is it 1% per month or an automatic 12% no matter when the owner redeems?

This is why I'm hesitant to think that you'll automatically see a similar boom in the next major city that sees a Colorado style law passed. 

From my understanding, in Wisconsin 28 days is all that is required to end a month-to-month rental agreement and a lease will automatically end at the end of the lease period if not extended, unless the tenant and landlord agreed to a longer notice period in the rental agreement... which seems to be the case here.

@Matt GeertsWe added the ability for the optionee to petition to annul the option (BTW: it's not automatic it would happen) because we were concerned about appearing predatory in the scenario such as you raised earlier (i.e. where the Tenant gets evicted).   

Your business name is automatically registered with your state when you register your business, so you do not have to go through a separate process.
