Transferring Property Taxes on a Subject To

This may be a question previously answered in Forum but since I can't locate and need a quick answer I must ask silly question of the day...lol.

When you have taken a home Subject To how do you transfer property taxes to your name? This will be kept as a rental home and note will be paid off in 2 years.

Thanks in advance for any guidance.
