There's a lot of good information, but it's not organized very well and the audio portions are often misread, unaligned with the lesson/page it's attached to, and the section quizzes can be a bit vague compared to the content in the lesson.

The example I've been given by numerous attorneys is if the Seller experiences a medical situation and Medicare is needed, they cannot get that care as long as they own that property and they are then forced to sale, or it can be attached by Medicare.
