Anyone have experience with Rent Redi or any other rental management apps?

This is a great place to explain about you, where you’re from, why you’re interested in REI, and to detail what you’re looking for (flips, BRRRR, wholesaling, SFH, MFP, etc.).You can also use this site (and the Meet Up app) to find a local REI group.

Nothing beats a face to face interaction to make sure you and your partner are aligned in your vision.What I like to do is find other real estate investors on the meetup app.

Electronics, kiosks, apps, and, honestly, good people you can depend on locally can all make life easy or hard. 

John, do you recommend DealMachine for D4$, or some other app?

Some common names you'll see thrown around a lot: Stessa, Apartments.com, RentRedi, TenantCloud, Innago, RentManager, Avail, Rentec Direct, Doorloop, etc.I recommend you search for each of those apps online and see what they offer, how much they charge, etc.

I have a tenant in place section 8 and I would like to know which payment app or website is best for tenants.    

I use dealcheck app which is pretty good and user friendly.

They have amazing apps available, but they cost a pretty penny.
