As the majority of you are investors I would be interested to know what kind of thing you look for in a property management company.One of the biggest complaints I hear is the lack of communication which is why I keep in constant contact with all of my owners.

Both of them work for the same employer, a federal agency that won't even verify that they are employed there unless we go through a lengthy and invasive verification process ourselves.

@Ruben Prieto The Public Trustee involved here is not quite the same as trustees of a private trust, but an agency of the state.

There is plenty of people out there that have lots of experience, but lack success, so to me its not the end-all be-all.
