@Arthur Voskanyan If you have rental income (Schedule E), it's added to your W-2 income to "put you in whatever bracket."

I was added in the lease in 1995.

You have a vast option of them like Direct Mail Campaign, Cold Calling, Billboard ads, SEO and Facebook ads ect.

I could have should have bought the house a block away that was only 20k more since I spent over 20k on dues during the 10 years I owned it.

Don’t get caught with your pants down if you move ahead with it, definitely use a lawyer AND lender with extensive experience with RTO / Lease Option, no rookies.

I second the recommendations on here to just ignore it and don't respond - you don't want to make any kind of commitments to him to have it looked at and then be held on the hook for that.If he's serious he'll get his lawyer involved, but until that happens I'd just block the phone number.
