Ive looked at all of the youtube videos and webinars and im ready to hit the field.

As a truck driver instead of listening to music I play RE podcasts.

@Aesjah EubanksI learned from YouTube, I have not yet done a deal but I think the best place before you buy a course is YouTube.

Im pretty self educated and have read loads of forums and books and watched hours of investing videos on YouTube.

Depending on your budget you can do online marketing using PPC, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram etcSome people are also doing well with tv ads and billboards.

I just watched an hour 20 minute YouTube video on BRRRR.

In addition to the plumbing stuff, turns out he also used the BRRR method early in life.  BiggerPockets should have this guy on the podcast!

You can certainly learn a ton from Youtube and other resources for doing your rehabs but given the price range you are going to be looking at, the houses will be older and could need more expensive repair/upgrades.Best of luck,John

I blame the misleading youtube "gurus" tryna scam people by buying their courses that still don't teach you everything you need to know..Can someone please answer that's experienced, I've been stuck on this for weeks and it's preventing me from getting out there and cold calling.I don't have the money/capital to afford list right now nor a car or a job I'm all in with the wholesaling, I eventually want to get into creative financing,  im working with a mentor right now but he just told me to cold call...
