Would welcome practical guideline, apart from what it says on the web page of the HA and Sec 8 etc. - to avoid any likely problem with Fair Housing or other laws or regs, while trying to weed out wrong kind of tenants who might be actually breaking the rules of the HA sometimes. or it should not be attempted?

Skills I've learned and employed for myself and other businesses have been namely, computer programming (generally focused on web technologies) and internet marketing (email/direct, SEO, and PPC, among others).

Usually if you just google 'property tax' and 'city' (or County), it'll take you right to the tax collector's web page.

And there aren't too many properties listed on the MLS in any region that are not also listed on the countless other listing web sites that everyone has access to.

You need to do more research than just search the web.
