Since I've heard so many negative points of view on buy and hold mobile home investing, I would love to meet and hear other opinions to the contrary.

(Mine have views, garages and storage sheds which increases the amount of rent collected.)

That will make a difference in how the lenders view the home and options they provide you.

Someone who can view a property, come up with a scope of work, get the crew, and get it done.

Of course, data can provide an initial birds-eye-view of whether a property might or might not be a viable investment.
