Hopefully it wont take another 911 for you to understand go to utube.com type in iran i cant remember were its at on utube.com but next time i see news in real time i will add it to my favorites and post it here I do beleave there is something wrong going on the gov should stop inflation and focuse more on other countrys atacking us and they should get them 1st i no its an off topic but it all has to do with our economy so i belive its relavant!

My strategy would be to double what I can afford and then focus on neighborhoods in those price ranges and then look for bargain opportunities.

We're focusing most of our energy west of I-71 in reaction to the lending issues, it's a slightly smaller market and so the prices go up a little and the number of deals / frequency you can get them at goes down a little as well.

Creedog: I think the best way for you to start is not by focusing in REI straight away, but to read self help/motivational books like Rich Dad Poor Dad, Think and Grow Rich, etc.

I been focusing on properties less that 100k my fathers a contractor and I have and adequate amount of cash to finance the properties and rehab them under this price range.
