Hello all, my name is Brian, and I just moved to the Orlando Area in Altamonte Springs FL from Sacramento, CA. I started a painting business called Integrity Painting (contact me if interested), I'm going to attend MBA classes at night, and I'm learning about REI. I'm so excited about this site and all the help/advice it offers. I don't have any experience in RE, however I've been learning. I have enough for the down payment of my first house, but I'm locked into a 7 month lease currently. Should I look into acquiring an investment property or an owner-occupied first?
