Since you are on an investor forum, I suggest that you have a duty to study RE. 

I’m young but have studied homes for sale all over hopewell for quite a few years.

Hello,My name is Jacob Claessens, I am a 2nd year student studying engineering at my hometown of Guelph, Ontario.

Had to resubmit a Plans and Study reports. - On the building plans, everything was plan-checked except the structural for 1 1/2 months, and I resubmitted the rest of the building plans and the structural had not even been ASSIGNED to a reviewer yet. - Never got a straight answer out of the PM (either admit to screwing up or they're just backed up)- Everything is submitted, We are basically in a hold until we hear back from them.

I'm really interested in finding a mentor someone who knows the ins and outs especially in my area if possible to guide me while I finish my studies.
