I take pride in my "coachability" and I do everything in my power to keep my word.

Tax free is powerful, so you should weigh that against the projected growth and ultimate 1031 Exchange. 

Do everything in your power to graduate debt free, even if it means working multiple jobs.

Things like $50 landlord fee, $300 power deposit, electrical inspections that almost always result in more work, pulled permits, garbage fee, etc...  

Undersea cables transmit power and communications capability from Long Island to Plum Island, while an on-site power plant provides emergency back-up support.

I plan on doing this to lower my risk and increase my buying power.

I just need a valid contract for IL and need to evaluate for Power Team members, who will be a good fit for my business.
