ONe reason is we have NO war zone and NO ghetto... we have some areas that are kind of trashy but that's the extent of it..Its not like being in LA and you know you would never pull into Compton or WAtts at night as a lone female or male for that matter.. :)

That way it will be a guarantee to them because they have a lock on the money you borrowed. using the money in the account and pull the interest out of your pocket make all 12 payments. do this several times and your credit score will keep going up.

@Bryan Hancock  I have done a few PPM's over the years and boy they are a ton of work if your just doing little ones IE 1 mil and under and just try to get a CPA to give you a full audit it can be like pulling teeth to get that done.Just seems like a ton of work to me.. but then again I am an old dog.. so everything internet related and tech related seems hard...

But since you want to pull the money out ASAP, make sure when you're calling to ask if they have any sort of seasoning requirement so you don't waste your time applying for a loan that they can't even do.
