Looking for online property management courses for managing apartment buildings, small to large multi family properties. 

I created an online shoe business a year ago and I'm on track to crack 100k in sales my first year.

I would suggest checking online or talk to a local mortgage agent who works with Credit Unions in Halifax.

I reached out and spoke to a GuaranteedRate lender last night and he indicated that due to my recent bankruptcy and employment status change he could not help me and that most of the online lenders like Quicken Loans, etc, would probably say the same.

OK seems to be a landlord friendly state as TX based on my online research.

However, I see an uptick of numbers over past 2 years (assuming online census data is accurate).Is it a good idea to buy commercial space such as storage facility in Decatur?

I looked online and they said those deposits are typically 1%-3%.
