Can you believe people are spending, 4, 5 6 7 k on SEC 8 courses?????

I am biased but I truly believe in getting help it is not for everyone and many people are just fine DIY and this applies to all kinds of areas of expertise.   

The metric I generally use is for every 8-10 people through a property I will get 1 offer.

I however have an "order of operations" I think most people should follow when it comes to investing.

I did not know if there was a typical elevation above BFE that people want or is normal for the area?

Facebook can then take the information on this audience and create a target list of similar people... then you can run ads to that list. 

I've spoken to a few people who have totally focused their portfolios on Columbus in particular, especially as big parts of the financial services, insurance, and tech industry migrate there. 

in that other thread a few weeks ago we were talking about how there are actually lots of affordable houses... just in places people aren't moving to / don't want to live.
